A team of two cleaners will be assigned to your home. The same team will be providing your cleaning services at every visit. If members of the team cannot attend, it is at your discretion if you wish to have other cleaners come in or would like to reschedule.
Our rates are a flat rate according to the size of your home and which cleaning plan you decide to move forward with. Please note that clients that take the basic cleaning plan will not have the same price as the detailed cleaning plan.
Supplies and Equipment
Karing Cleaning provides cleaning supplies and the mop. We usually use the vacuum of our clients to facilitate our transportation. If you do not have a vacuum, please advise so we can bring our own and include it in your profile.
Moving furniture is a definite alternative in our business. Please advise the owners as a contract needs to be signed beforehand.
How long does a cleaning typically take?
All cleaners have a different rate of efficiency and work at a different paste. A typical cleaning would normally last 3 hours but is subject to change. Spring cleanings and detailed cleanings are subject to a much longer time frame.
In order to maintain efficiency and our cleaning standards , we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations of our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning for any reasons, give us a call at 6136200192 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the arrival time are subject to a 25.00$ cancellation charge.
No show policy
If the cleaner is unable to enter the premises of your home for any reason, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning will be charged . An invoice will be sent by email regarding the amount that will be charged for the inconvenience as our time cannot be refunded.
Loss, Damage or Theft
Karing Cleaning is insured and bonded on every cleaning service that we provide. Please contact Karing Cleaning by email and fill the following form to begin the process of your claim. Please note that the claim must be received within thirty (30) days of the incident.
